Support + Maintenance

Datanet Communications offers support and maintenance services mostly but not limited to Education and the Private Sector. We can provide support and maintenance on the following:

  • Network Infrastructure + Cabling
  • Wireless Networking
  • Storage and KVM Solutions
  • Power Management Solutions

All of our maintenance contracts are tailored to suit you, so if you require 24 x 7 365 days a year with a 4 hour response we can cover this as much as we could a simple 8 hour response phone support.

All of our engineers are CRB checked and accredited to the highest standard so if we send someone to site you can have piece of mind that our engineers know what they are doing with your precious and expensive equipment.

With all of our contracts you will get a dedicated support line and will receive at least 1 maintenance visit per year to check your equipment's firmware and ensure it is running to full capacity.

As well as support on your solutions we can also offer this for single products so if you have a server that you cannot survive with out or a Video Conferencing unit that you are dependent on please look at the below offerings we provide:

  • Option 1: Extension of manufacturer's warranty. Choose from 1 or 2 years additional cover.

  • Option 2: Advance replacement. If your solution goes down we'll get a temporary replacement to you whilst your issue is resolved.

  • Option 3: 365 On-Site Support. We can provide engineering resource on-site to fix or replace the problem unit.
