Printers

Datanet are official Partners with Brother, HP, Canon, Kyocera, Lexmark, Epson and OKI.

We are able to sell the full ranges of these manufacturers.

Printers can be a bit of a Mine Field when trying to choose which one you need.

Let Datanet help you with that as there so many options and things to consider when choosing your next printer include:

  • Colour or Mono
  • How do you wish to connect, Ethernet, USB WIFI or maybe all of them
  • Do you require double sided print
  • Do you require Scan and Copy
  • How many people will be using the printer
  • How many prints on average do you do a week
  • What are you printing, Images, Text, Both

All these things help us decide which printer is most suited to your needs.

Quite often customers go for the cheapest option however that in time proves to be the wrong decision.

A general rule is the more you spend, the cheaper the running costs.

The reason for this is because the higher price machines tend to have parts including Toners, Drum units etc that last longer and give you more prints.

Obviously this is just a rough rule, but is a guide to help choose the correct machine.

Please do not hesitate to contact one of the Print team so they can help you decide which printer is best for your needs.

Inks & Toners

We supply all manufacturers of Inks & Toners.

We also supply good quality Compatible Inks & Toners however, at Datanet, we would like to make it clear that although they are good quality, we always recommend buying original Inks & Toners from the official manufacturer.

There are some very good reasons for this.

  • Generally print quality with compatibles is poor compared to the original manufacturers.
  • They tend to go faulty much more often than original products
  • They leak causing the printer to either malfunction or will make the quality even worse.
  • If the ink or toner are the cause of a defect to the printer, then the manufacturer warranty maybe invalid.

These are all things you should consider when buying your Ink or Toner.
